Common projectsBusiness consumables

One of our most common projects we entertain is a review of OPEX costs and the baseline review of spend across various business functions. We often review line-on-line spend and compare this to pricing data we have recorded over time. Once we establish a volume and spend forecast, we will analyse the product basket required and identify the best current market providers for your business size and footprint. We will undertake the tender opportunity and assist with selecting the most suitable supplier.

Fleet board project

We analyzed the operational requirements of a business customer and identified some core pieces of equipment. After performing some sourcing validation, we identified that this product type was heavily controlled in Australia but was simple enough to not be allowed a copyright. We designed and built the product overseas and were able to absorb a significant annual saving. Furthermore, the customer was able to create further savings by re-selling these product to some of their supply partners.

Importing products

If you need it, we have probably helped a company source it, our partners are experts in sourcing and can find the product, manage negotiations, inspect sites and undertake quality inspections to manage the end-to-end freight.

National Solar Project

My experience in energy portfolio management and energy contract management (PPA) stems from my background of around 8 years in facilities, property and asset management procurement. I primarily established reporting structures for site-based consumption and state/national forecasts for state driven PPAs. Whilst negotiating pricing, I utilised AEMO reporting systems to establish a current market baseline and validate offers for the business.

I also established and led reduction strategies for energy off-take and mitigation, including renewable infrastructure, where sites were ranked by NPV for the most effective cost driven implementation strategy, whilst taking advantage of LGCs and STCs at the appropriate level. I have also built a tool that allows the above to be realised dynamically by simply providing asset consumption and other relevant cost inputs.
